Woodbourne BOYS LLC Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery & White Glove Service

  • Free Local Delivery / Next Day Delivery Promotion: Woodbourne BOYS LLC may offer Free Local Delivery and/or Next Day Delivery where and when available. Any banner, advertisement, or promotion referencing “Free Delivery,” “Free Local Delivery,” or “Next Day Delivery” is subject to service availability, delivery zone, order size, staffing, route capacity, weather, access conditions, and other operational factors. Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Woodbourne BOYS LLC in writing. We reserve the right to modify, pause, limit, or end any Free Delivery or Next Day Delivery promotion at any time, including on a limited-time-only basis. To receive Free Local Delivery when available, customers must select the applicable Free Local Delivery option at checkout. If the option is not available at checkout, the order may not qualify.   • Delivery Timeframes: We strive to complete local deliveries within 3 business days of your order being processed. However, depending on scheduling and order volume, local delivery may take up to 30 days.

  • White Glove Delivery: Whenever possible, local deliveries are completed via our premium White Glove Delivery service.

  • Exceptions & Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse White Glove Delivery, or modify the delivery method, under the following circumstances:

    • The delivery environment makes it overly difficult or impossible to safely and reasonably perform a White Glove delivery.

    • Proper shipping, delivery, or processing fees have not been paid in full prior to the delivery date.

    • The delivery conditions were misrepresented at the time of purchase (including, but not limited to, the number of staircases, tight clearances, or elevator access).

  • Out-of-Zone Deliveries: If "Local Delivery" is selected at checkout but the destination address falls outside of our designated local delivery zone, Woodbourne BOYS LLC reserves the right to cancel the order.

Standard Shipping

  • Shipping Partners: Items that are shipped rather than delivered locally will be handled through trusted third-party shipping partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx).

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipped items to be processed and dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Safety & Access

  • Right of Refusal: The safety of our drivers and delivery personnel is a top priority. Our team members and third-party delivery partners reserve the right to refuse service at any delivery location deemed dangerous, perilous, or unsafe to navigate.

Shipping Costs

  • Local delivery and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Local delivery within our service zone is available at flat-rate or order-size-based pricing displayed during checkout. Items shipped via UPS or FedEx are quoted in real time at checkout based on weight and destination ZIP code.

Delivery Timeframes (End-to-End)

  • Local Delivery: Most local deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days of order processing. During peak season (November through January), local deliveries may take up to 14 business days due to high order volume.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from order placement. This includes up to 2 weeks of processing time at our facility plus 1–5 business days of UPS/FedEx ground transit.

Local Delivery Zone

  • Our local delivery service covers NYC's five boroughs, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and parts of Westchester County. Orders placed for delivery outside this zone will be shipped via UPS or FedEx, or canceled if the destination is unserviceable. To confirm local delivery availability for your address, contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

  • All tracking information is available through your Woodbourne Boys account. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking details will be visible in your account dashboard at woodbourne.co. For SMS delivery notifications and ETAs, you can opt in via our Sign Up for Text Message Delivery Notifications form.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or fails to arrive, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work directly with the customer and our shipping partners to issue replacements, partial refunds, or full refunds as appropriate. See our Refund Policy for full terms.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled prior to processing. Once an order has entered our processing or dispatch queue, modifications may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
